1. Select “Buy/Swap” from the bottom navigation bar.
2. Ensure the correct fiat currency (for example, USD) appears in the top box If not, tap on the currency name, then tap the "Currency" tab, and then select the correct fiat currency
3. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to buy in the bottom box by tapping on the cryptocurrency name and then selecting the correct one from the "Assets" list. BTC is selected by default.
4. Input the desired amount of fiat currency in the top box and wait for the app to calculate the amount of cryptocurrency you will receive as well as any transaction fees. Please note this can take a moment.
5. Tap the "Buy/Swap" button at the bottom of the screen once it lights up. Please note this button will not light up until you have entered the amount you wish to purchase.
6. You may see a prompt appear on screen asking you to allow your Arculus™ wallet to use your location – you need to allow the app to do that or else the transaction cannot be completed.
7. You will see another screen showing your selected asset and the amount/fee calculation again, as well as the exchange that will complete the transaction and your selected payment method.
8. You can change the selected exchange by tapping on the exchange name. If you are unsure where to find that, you should see it directly under the asset that you are trying to purchase.
9. You can also change your selected payment method under where it says "Pay using".
10. Once you've confirmed your exchange and payment method, tap the "Buy" button at the bottom of the screen.
11. You will be connected to the exchange you chose in Step 8 and will need to enter your information to sign up and then complete the identity verification process in accordance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. Camera access may also be required to verify identity for KYC.
12. Once you have gone through the identity verification process, your transaction should be initiated. Please check the inbox or spam folders of whichever email address you provided during the verification process in Step 11, as you may receive an email with further instructions from the exchange that is facilitating the transaction.
13. Once the transaction is completed, the cryptocurrency you purchased will be sent by the exchange to your Arculus Wallet.

Please note that cryptocurrency cannot be purchased in the states of Hawaii or New York.
