If you are seeing the Arculus Cloud Unreachable error, this typically indicates that there is an issue with your cellular provider or internet service provider. Please try the steps below in order to assist us in troubleshooting your issue:
  • If you are connected to wi-fi, try disabling wi-fi and using your cellular data. If you are using cellular data, try connecting to a wi-fi network. Once you've switched to the other connection type, force close and re-open the Arculus app.
  • Open a web browser on your affected device, type in google.com, and search for literally anything. If google.com is not responsive. this confirms a likely cell/ISP issue.
  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap General, scroll all the way down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone, tap Reset, tap Reset Network Settings (be careful to not tap any other options)
  • Reconnect to the WiFi or cellular network you were using. This step will erase any saved networks/network passwords from your device.
  • Open a web browser and enter the following URL; https://gw.arculus.co/transactions/info. You should see something like "{"hostname":"arculus-prod-x-x","version":"3.11.2.2"}". If you do not see something like that, please let us know what you see.
