As of September 1, 2026, you must be on a recent app version in order to complete a swap within the Arculus Wallet mobile app. You can see your app version by navigating to the Arculus Wallet mobile app settings, selecting "About," and then scrolling to the bottom of the screen.

If your app version is 3.1.0 or earlier on iOS or version 2.0.3 or earlier on Android, you will no longer be able to use the swap feature. Please go to your phone's app store, search for the Arculus Wallet app and update to the most current version.
