If you entered your PIN code and see the "Arculus card connection lost" error on your iOS device or "Card reading error" on Android, this means your Arculus Card is not being aligned properly with your phone and the NFC connection is failing.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Before initiating the send, please place your Arculus card face down on a flat surface and place your phone on top of the card in the correct position.
  2. Tap "Next" on the send screen.
  3. If you are using an Android device, you may need to briefly lift the phone off of the card and place it back down in the correct position to trigger the NFC connection.
