If you have one or more BTC transactions that are stuck pending, it may be because you attempted to make multiple transactions before the previous ones were fully confirmed. The BTC blockchain will not allow subsequent transactions until the first transaction is fully confirmed, so if you are experiencing this issue, please follow the steps below:
- First quit the Arculus Wallet app and ensure it is also not running in your phone's background.
- Re-open the app and check to see if the transactions are still pending. If they are, try the next steps.
- Navigate to the settings menu within the Arculus app, and then tap on the 'Wipe Caches' button.
- Tap on 'Wipe Caches' again in the box that will pop-up.
- Navigate back to the main wallet screen within the app and refresh the screen by tapping and holding it with your finger and dragging down.
- Tap on the BTC on your main wallet screen to see if the issue has been resolved.
