If you sent an asset over the wrong blockchain/network, there may be several possible ways to resolve the issue, depending on which asset you sent and over which network it was sent.

First, check to see if the version of the asset corresponding to the network you sent it over can be enabled in your Arculus app or not. You can check our native list of supported currencies here. If the asset is supported, simply enable the correct version of it to see your balance for it. To enable the right asset, follow the steps in this article under the "How to enable a token to appear on your main wallet screen" section.

If you do not see the correct asset on our list of natively supported currencies, you may still be able to add it as a custom token. In this article, please check the full list of blockchains that we support adding custom tokens over. If you sent the asset over one of those blockchains/networks, then you may be able to add it as a custom token to your list of assets and then see your balance for it. You can follow the steps in that same article to add the token either by name or contract address.

If the Arculus wallet does not support the asset you sent over the specific network you sent it over, then please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
